Our local heroes are so important to the health of our community and we at Catalyst Krav Maga Acadmey want to help contribute to the health of our heroes! Heroes come in all shapes, sizes and walks of life. Some are Police Officers, some are EMTs, some are Firefighters, some are Soldiers and they all have one thing in common! They are the first to put their lives on the line and their physical being at risk to help others.
