Sign up now for a Women’s Self-Defense Seminar, taking place Sunday, April 19th from 1-3 PM at Catalyst Krav Maga Academy in Overland Park.

Open to women ages 13 and up, this hands-on seminar will teach you how to stay safe, respond effectively under pressure, and take control in threatening situations. No experience or equipment is needed—just wear workout clothes, bring water, and come ready to learn. Space is limited, so register today to reserve your spot!

In this seminar, you’ll learn how to:

• Recognize and avoid potential threats

• React quickly and effectively under pressure

• Break free from grabs and holds

• Use your voice and body to set boundaries

• Defend against common attacks

• Strike with power and accuracy

• Stay calm and in control during confrontation

• Build real-world confidence and situational awareness content!

Led by Chief Instructor Brian Meyers, alongside our skilled female instructors, this session delivers expert training in a supportive, empowering environment where women lift each other up and walk away stronger — mentally and physically.
